Carrier Support
Frequently Asked Questions
To ensure full FMCSA compliance and rapid broker onboarding, we require three standard documents: an active Motor Carrier (MC) Authority certificate, a signed W-9, and an active Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing MNMS Logistics as the certificate holder.
Never. We operate as independent dispatchers, meaning you retain complete control over your truck. We negotiate top rates and present you with the best freight options, but the final decision to accept or reject a load is always yours.
Yes. Our back-office team handles 100% of the administrative work. Once you agree to a load, we complete and submit the broker setup packets, W-9s, and insurance certificates so you can stay focused on the road.
We charge a straightforward, flat percentage of the gross load pay. We only get paid when you get paid. There are no hidden subscription fees, no sign-up costs, and no cancellation penalties.
We currently dispatch Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Step Decks. If you operate specialized equipment, please contact our dispatch hotline to discuss current market availability for your specific trailer type.
We do not touch your freight money. Brokers pay you directly (via factoring, quick pay, or standard terms). We invoice you weekly for our dispatching percentage based only on the loads that have been successfully delivered.
