Authority Verification
We utilize direct fleet data extraction from the FMCSA database to verify active Motor Carrier (MC) and DOT Authority before initiating any dispatch agreements. Inactive or suspended authorities are strictly prohibited from our network.
Broker Onboarding
We execute rigorous broker onboarding processes on behalf of our carriers. We ensure that all required documentation, certificates of insurance (COI), and W-9s are submitted accurately to maintain a flawless compliance record with freight brokerages.
HOS Respect
We aggressively plan loads, but we never push operators to violate Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. Route calculations incorporate mandatory rest periods, ensuring our drivers remain safe, compliant, and exempt from DOT penalties.

Our partnered motor carriers retain full responsibility for the safe operation of their commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) and strict compliance with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
Carriers are responsible for maintaining their own active insurance policies, paying applicable state and federal taxes, and ensuring their equipment meets all road safety standards.
